The purchase of any heart rate monitor includes free shipping. Exceptions include any bulk purchases. Free shipping is within the United States only. We currently do not ship International.

We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any UN-OPENED item or UN-OPENED item shipped in error. Returns cannot be accepted under any other circumstances.
OPENED PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN/REFUNDS.
How to return an item, or an item shipped to you in error:
Please use the Contact Me Form and provide the following information:
Your email address that was used in your original order.
Your order number.
Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
The reason for your refund/return request.
The more details you can give us, the quicker (and more thoroughly) we will be able to reply.
Within 1 business day after receiving your email we will process your request for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Only items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for return shipping if item was shipped in error. Upon receipt of the RMA, you have 30 days to return the product per the instructions listed. Beyond the 30 day grace period, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Important Notice:In the case of refused shipment, or any return without prior authorization or an RMA number, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or the item will be assessed a restocking fee at 50% of the total merchandise value.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Should the product be received in unacceptable condition, the product will be declared ineligible for return and be shipped back to the individual at their expense.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3- 4 weeks of our receipt of the item.
